Doram Governance

Your AI only uses what your team approved.

Doram suggests every change with its evidence. Your owners decide what goes live.

Ask in plain words. Doram pulls context from the second brain and shows each step.

Every change

See the why and the impact before you approve.

Doram never changes what your company means on its own. Each suggestion shows:

  • The evidence from your queries, data and docs
  • Every metric and rule it would change
  • A new version, recorded, when someone approves

Trust levels

Nothing reaches an answer until it earns it.

Every fact climbs four levels. Answers only use the top two, so a draft never reaches a query.

Who approves

The right check for each change.

Small changes do not wait in a queue. Changes that move a number your team reports on always do.

Low risk

Goes live on its own.

For example: a new word for an existing metric
Medium risk

Goes live. One in ten is spot-checked.

For example: a new join between two tables
High risk

Waits for its owner.

For example: a change to how net sales is counted
After approval
Same question, same answerAny past answer replays on the version that made it.
Checked every dayApproved metrics run again daily. If one drifts, people keep the last approved one.
Full historyEvery change records who made it, when and why.
Asks, never guessesIf a word has two meanings, Doram asks the owner to settle it.
The playground

Ask it yourself.

The playground is a whole company, already connected.
